Casen Ward, a junior from Delaware, Ohio, is studying Computer Science with minors in Finance and Math and a certificate in Financial Programming at Ohio University, and is set to graduate in May 2028. He serves as an Analyst with the Ohio University Student Equity Management Group, where he conducts equity research and fundamental analysis in support of the group's mission to outperform the broader market. Casen has valued the chance to build his research skills while working alongside a talented network of peers and alumni who share his passion for finance and technology.

Professionally, Casen interned with Nationwide Financial as a Software Engineer on the Annuities Technology team, gaining hands-on experience building technical solutions within a corporate financial technology environment. He also previously served as a Student Systems Engineer with Ohio University Systems Engineering, an experience that built the technical foundation he now brings to his work in finance. Together, these roles reinforced his interest in pursuing a career that bridges engineering and finance.

In his free time, Casen enjoys playing golf and staying active through regular workouts, which help him recharge outside of class and internship work. He also makes time to read about finance and other subjects that keep him curious.
