Kaitlin is a freshman at Ohio University majoring in Finance and Business Analytics, and current analyst in OUSEMG. Kaitlin appreciates the learning opportunities, connections and mentorship the group has provided her, allowing her to grow as an individual while also developing her equity research skills. Kaitlin looks forward to continuing to challenge herself, stepping outside of her comfort zone, and improving both personally and professionally with each opportunity.

Outside of OUSEMG, Kaitlin is an active member in the Association of Women in Finance, where she enjoys expanding her perspective of the finance industry and collaborating with like-minded, motivated peers. She also serves as an undergraduate admissions recruiter for Ohio University, actively reaching out to schools, counselors, and educational organizations worldwide, aiming to expand the university’s outreach.

Outside of school, Kaitlin enjoys playing the piano, playing golf, traveling, watching sports and unwinding in nature. She is driven by a desire to continue to learn and improve and hopes to make a positive impact in the communities she is part of. She strives to consistently challenge herself and grow into a principled and impactful leader.
