“Mindset without discipline is useless”

- Kobe Bryant

Ryan is a Senior at Ohio University, triple-majoring in Finance, Management Information Systems, and Business Analytics, with a certificate in Banking and Financial Services. Since entering college, he has prioritized stepping out of his comfort zone to foster personal and professional growth. His roles as a past Intern and current Analyst in the Ohio University Student Equity Group have provided him with invaluable experiences in financial research and analysis, as well as opportunities to collaborate and build relationships with talented peers in the Equity Group.

Beyond academics, Ryan serves on the Professional Development Committee for the professional business fraternity Phi Chi Theta and balances an on-campus role in a high-energy environment that has strengthened his time management, professionalism, and communication skills. Together, these experiences have helped him connect with people from diverse backgrounds and stay focused on becoming the best version of himself in all areas of life. As a lifelong athlete with a passion for watching and playing basketball and golf, Ryan values the discipline and camaraderie sports bring to his life. He believes personal development outside the classroom is essential to maintaining a clear, healthy mindset, and both are key to his professional success.

Ryan consistently brings effort and enthusiasm to every organization, task, and relationship he engages with, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and positive impact. He approaches new opportunities with curiosity and adaptability, readily offering support to others while maintaining composure and thoughtfulness. He’ll continue his educational and professional journey through Ohio University’s One-Year MBA Program next fall.

Through every challenge and opportunity, no matter big or small, he hopes to always adhere to one motto - Strive For Greatness.
